Educational Leader to help guide our educators and create a stimulating, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment for children and families.

As part of our centre leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in driving curriculum excellence, mentoring fellow educators, and embedding practices aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).

About the Role

Support and mentor educators in planning and implementing high-quality programs

Lead curriculum development in line with EYLF and NQS

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice

Promote inclusive, child-centred learning environments

Collaborate with the Centre Director and families to support each child’s learning journey

What You’ll Need

ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

Demonstrated experience as a Lead Educator or Educational Leader

In-depth knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices

Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Valid Working with Children Check (Employee)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Training
