The Role

You’ll be the driving force on-site, managing day-to-day construction activities, subcontractors, safety, and program delivery for a large-scale commercial development in Shepparton. This is a full lifecycle project – from early works to handover. The project is to be built across two stages to include mixed use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities;
• Drive project timelines, quality, and safety standards;
• Lead subcontractor engagement and performance;
• Report progress to the Project Manager and stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial builds ($20M+)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive performance and problem-solve under pressure
• Trade background or relevant qualifications
• Willingness to relocate (accommodation assistance provided)
