About the role
This position a corporate concierge role which encompasses events responsibilities. You'll work closely with our Workplace team to ensure smooth operations. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with some variation due to events.
Responsibilities
- Ensure kitchen and office kitchenette are stocked, cleaned, and ready for daily use (tea, coffee, etc).
- Check all client meeting rooms ensuring are serviceable and the room is ready for meetings.
- Greet all external guests attending meetings with staff. Offer/prepare/deliver coffee and tea for guests.
- Set room for events according to requirements and clean rooms at the end of events.
- Process all invoices in office.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools.
