Device Sales Concierge – Education & Commercial (12-Month Contract)

Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Onsite, with flexibility)
Rate: Up to$620/day (plus super)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)

Our client is a global technology leader seeking two dynamic, customer-focused Device Sales Concierges to join their high-performing team.
One role will focus on the education sector, the other on commercial clients. Please specify in your cover letter which role you are applying for (or both).

About the Opportunity

As a Device Sales Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and partners, qualifying leads, managing device sales opportunities, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. You’ll collaborate closely with account executives and channel partners, helping to drive device adoption and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify and manage inbound sales opportunities from internal campaigns and partners

Engage directly with customers, providing expert advice on device solutions

Drive opportunities through the sales cycle to closure, including device loans and investment fund management

Collaborate with account teams and channel partners to progress and close deals

Maintain accurate records of opportunities and follow up as required

Role Focus:

Education: Engage with schools and educational institutions, tailoring solutions to enhance learning outcomes. Ideal for those with experience in or understanding of the education sector and a consultative sales approach.

Commercial: Target business and commercial clients, driving sales and qualifying leads in a fast-paced environment. Suited to proactive, adaptable sales professionals with strong product knowledge.

About You:

5-8 years’ experience in sales, ideally in device or IT solutions

Proven ability to close deals and manage opportunities end-to-end

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Experience working with partners, resellers, or in the Microsoft ecosystem highly regarded

Technical aptitude and understanding of hardware/IT systems

For the education role: experience in or understanding of the education sector is essential

Bonus Points For:

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing setting
