An amazing opportunity exists for a FRONT DESK CONCIERGE role in a fast-growing dental clinic in the heart of the lively St Kilda neighbourhood.

Everyone from our dentists, oral health therapists, dental assistants and receptionists, is dedicated to improving patients’ dental health and making them feel comfortable in our care. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience in dentistry (preferred)

Super friendly disposition

Ensuring efficient day-to-day running of the practice

Strive to meet and exceed KPIs

Timely and competent handling of incoming and outgoing calls

Efficient running of appointment book

Liaison with laboratories

Confirm appointments

Manage patient accounts

Handle third party patients and accounts

Track patients and efficiently maintain patient files

Utlize electronic diary to manage tasks

Run recall system

Experience in Microsoft Office
