At MSS Security, we are committed to providing exceptional security and concierge services, creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and their guests. We are looking for dependable and skilled individuals to fill positions working as Concierge Security. This position involves working on Mon-Fri 0800 to 1700, (exc. PH) roster.

Job Responsibilities:

Adhere to directives from management and work collaboratively within a team.

• Provide exceptional concierge services, addressing client needs and inquiries with professionalism.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain security and safety across the premises.
• Interact with the public and clients in a courteous and effective manner.

Requirements:

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Valid Victorian Security License
• Cert II in Security Operations (Or Higher)
• Valid First Aid & CPR
• Experience in a concierge or reception role
• Proficient with medium-level computer skills and software applications
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with the public and clients
• Ability to follow instructions and incorporate feedback from management
• Capability to work effectively autonomously
• A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service
• Successful candidates must pass a criminal history check
