With a growing presence and an expanding supporter base, they are now seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Coordinator to join their close-knit, purpose-led team.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Fundraising Manager, you'll take the lead on a variety of fundraising initiatives and relationship-building activities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and wants to make a tangible impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with fundraisers and supporters across email, phone, social media, and events
Support the execution of national fundraising campaigns that drive engagement and retention
Manage CRM systems and automation tools to support supporter journeys
Contribute to content creation across email, social media, and digital platforms
Assist with national and interstate events, including occasional travel
Collaborate on brand development, process improvements, and special projects
About You
You're an experienced fundraising professional who leads with empathy and purpose. You enjoy managing projects end-to-end and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You're also tech-savvy and understand how to create meaningful supporter experiences across multiple channels.
What you'll bring:
Minimum 4 years' experience in fundraising, supporter engagement, or campaign coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working with CRMs and digital tools (e.g., MS Office, email marketing, social platforms)
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Tertiary qualifications in Fundraising, Marketing, Communications or a related field (desirable)
