District Eatery is a new, vibrant café in Gladesville looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations. This is a full-time leadership role in a growing, family-run hospitality group.

Your Role:

Manage daily operations, rosters, inventory & compliance

Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example

Monitor performance and support continuous improvement

Foster a positive, motivated team culture

Collaborate with owners and contribute to business growth

About You:

3+ years in a cafe or hospitality leadership role

Strong operational, financial & staff management experience

Skilled in systems like Deputy & Excel

Knowledge of food safety & WHS standards

Passionate about coffee, food, and creating memorable experiences
