Café Manager – Step Up & Take the Lead at My Gosh Mona Vale

My Gosh in Mona Vale is looking for a confident, motivated, and people-loving Café Manager to bring energy, creativity and leadership to our growing team. What you'll be doing:

Own the floor: Oversee daily café operations with confidence and calm, working closely with our Head Chef to keep things running smoothly.

Lead from the front: Set the vibe, train and support the team, and make sure customers leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Get business savvy: Manage inventory, cash flow, staff rosters, and reporting – you’ll be trusted with the tools to run the café like it’s your own.

Be the face of the place: Build rapport with regulars, welcome new faces, and help create a warm, inclusive local hub.

About you:

You've got hospitality running through your veins, with strong barista experience and supervisory or management experience. If you've had informal management leadership experience and you're ready to step up into a formal management role, we'd love to hear from you too!

You’re reliable, proactive, organised, and thrive with ownership and autonomy – we won’t micromanage you.

You lead with positivity, know how to get the best out of people, and have high standards (without losing the fun).

You love fast-paced service and know how to keep your cool – even when the dockets pile up.
