The Role – Precinct Manager
We’re on the lookout for a full-time Precinct Manager to help lead the team in our Clovelly Precinct. You’ll work closely with our Group Venue Manager to create welcoming spaces where both guests and staff feel right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading a front-of-house team that’s all about fun, energy, and outstanding service

Creating a warm, vibrant, and inclusive environment for our guests

Collaborating with our amazing kitchen crew to ensure top-notch quality in every product

Keeping an eye on sales targets

Managing stock, maintaining hygiene standards, and making sure operations run like clockwork

Owning the guest journey — from “hello” to “can’t wait to see you again!”

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone with 2–3 years’ experience in a similar retail supervisory role, who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll have a can-do attitude, a genuine passion for people, and a natural flair for hospitality.
