About the Role
This is an office-based role with some light client-facing work. You’ll be supporting the Director with quoting, customer communication, admin, and the occasional site visit to top up stock or check on a client’s needs.

We’re not looking for someone to sit still — we want someone who can think ahead, follow through, and genuinely help improve how we operate and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist with quoting, order follow-up, and customer emails

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Occasionally visit local clients for stock checks or deliveries

Help onboard new accounts and chase up leads

General support across operations and sales

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and great communication skills

Comfortable speaking with clients (email, phone, in person)

Good with systems (Microsoft Office, online order platforms etc.)

Commercially minded — you spot opportunities, not just tasks

Driver’s licence preferred for occasional client visits

Previous experience in office admin, account support or sales a plus
