CMG, a respected family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in the HVAC industry, is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Internal Sales & Accounts professional to join our close-knit team at our Guildford location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin and customer service skills who enjoys a variety-filled role supporting both sales and accounts.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound calls, emails, walk-ins, and web enquiries

Processing sales quotes and orders promptly and accurately

Coordinating invoicing, EFTPOS transactions and basic reception duties

Assisting with accounts including supplier invoices, statements, and debt collection

Liaising with team members across sales and operations to ensure smooth workflow

What We are Looking For

We are seeking a reliable team player with:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

A professional and friendly phone manner

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong time management, organizational and administrative skills

Previous experience in a similar internal sales or account’s role is a bonus
