Due to growth in our Sales Team and expansion across ANZ, we are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality accurate support across quoting, sales documentation and order processing.

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who brings a meticulous eye for detail to everything they do. At Circuitwise, quality isn’t just a value – it’s non-negotiable. From quote to delivery, accuracy drives performance, because quality is at the heart of everything we do.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Prepare precise, client-focused quotes that reflect our value and align with internal processes
Ensure all quote submissions are accurate and on time
Compile and coordinate key sales documents including proposals, purchase orders and contracts
Work closely with supply chain, production and engineering teams to support seamless planning and delivery
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client enquiries as required
Maintain and update quote tracking through our CRM/MRP systems, ensuring visibility and control at all stages
Double-check orders for consistency with quoted details and enter part information into the system accurately
Qualifications & Experience
High School equivalent and experience in a Sales Support role for 2+ years
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing and working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) will give you a running start in this position
Tertiary qualification in a Business-related field would be highly regarded
A relentless attention to detail – you notice what others miss
A strong sense of ownership and accountability for getting things right
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence working with business systems (MRP/CRM)
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A passion for quality and pride in being someone others can rely on
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
