Poppy Lissiman is a globally recognised Australian fashion accessories label, renowned for its unapologetic design, pop-art aesthetic, and cult following that includes Beyoncé, Margot Robbie, Billie Eilish, the Hadids, Kardashians, and Jenners. While the brand has built remarkable equity over its 17-year journey, it is now seeking to integrate AI solutions across key aspects of the business to equip it for future growth in the rapidly evolving Ecomm landscape. The business is now undergoing a full-scale transformation into a technology-first, data-led operation which the successful candidate will spearhead.

This marks a unique inflection point: one where brand equity meets scalable infrastructure. We are seeking a systems thinker, fluent in AI and automation, who can hardwire intelligence into every aspect of our operations. Your mission is to unlock performance, drive margin expansion, and build the digital backbone for sustainable growth at scale.

The Role: AI Systems Orchestrator

This isn’t a role for process maintainers, it’s for builders. You’ll design and implement the systems architecture that integrates our merchandising, finance, creative, CRM, logistics, and marketing functions into a unified, insight-rich ecosystem. You’ll work closely with:

• Former Uber Head of Growth & Strategy for APAC

• Our globally celebrated Creative Director, Poppy Lissiman

You will be a key partner in reengineering the business from the inside out: autonomously, cross-functionally, and without friction. Remote work arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate cross-functional workflows spanning operations, marketing, finance, and inventory

• Integrate and manage a suite of AI tools across new and existing systems (Xero, Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, CIN7, Fast Simon, Glew.io)

• Consolidate fragmented data into clean, actionable insights

• Collaborate cross-functionally to create systems that enable exponential team efficiency

• Continuously test and optimise AI-led processes for scale and reliability

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in prompt engineering, AI toolchains, and workflow orchestration

• Experience with tools like LangChain, Make, Zapier, and custom agent builders

• Demonstrated ability to identify and solve real-world business problems and apply AI with measurable impact

• Background in high-leverage operations, data science, or technical marketing

• Master’s in AI/Data Science—or equivalent real-world obsession

• Bonus: You’re API-fluent, spreadsheet-savvy, and allergic to inefficiency
