About the role

Join the team at Boab Refrigeration & Air Conditioning as a full-time Split System Cleaning Technician based in Kununurra, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality split system cleaning services to residential and commercial clients in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and maintain split system air conditioning units for a range of residential and commercial clients

Diagnose and address any issues with the units, providing recommendations for further repairs or maintenance

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Maintain detailed records of all work completed and materials used

Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant industry standards and regulations

Support the wider team as needed to deliver a seamless service to clients

What we're looking for

Previous experience in split system cleaning or similar HVAC maintenance work

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and address any issues with the units

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work

Relevant qualifications or certifications in HVAC maintenance or a willingness to obtain them
