As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Hose Technician to join our dynamic and ambitious team full-time.

The Role:

We are seeking a full-time Mobile Hydraulic Hose Fitter to manage both breakdown work and general workshop duties. This role also involves the regular installation of Grease Systems on mobile equipment. It is a hands-on position that requires strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to ensure client satisfaction with minimal downtime. As a representative of Hydraulic Technical Solutions, the ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, maturity, and a commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Qualifications:

- Trade qualification or extensive experience in hose tech/mechanical background.

- A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a drive to succeed both personally and for the company.

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and and pride in workmanship.

- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in high-pressure situations.

- Well-presented, customer service-oriented with excellent numeracy and communication skills.

- Valid Australian driver’s license (manual preferred) and Forklift Ticket (optional but preferred).

- Australian residency
