✨ We’re Hiring: Service Coordinator (Work From Home - Geelong) ✨
Full-Time | Work from Home | NDIS Registered Provider
We believe in people-first support - and that starts with our Service Coordinators.
We're looking for someone who’s not just organised, but genuinely cares about building relationships and making sure participants feel heard, supported, and confident in their care.
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the familiar voice on the phone and the steady hand behind the scenes. You’ll work directly with NDIS participants and their support teams to make sure everything runs smoothly - from rosters and updates to feedback and care coordination.
🧭 What You'll Be Doing:
Be the main point of contact for a set group of participants - no call centres or constant staff changes.
Coordinate support worker rosters and make sure shifts are covered smoothly.
Keep participants and support workers updated with changes, feedback, and care instructions.
Chat regularly with families and allied health professionals to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
Track documentation, care plans, and schedules - staying organised and NDIS-compliant.
✅ What You’ll Need:
3+ years in a similar role (NDIS or community services preferred).
Confidence with rostering, juggling priorities, and building great relationships.
Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
NDIS Worker Screening Check + WWCC.
Valid driver’s license and roadworthy vehicle (occasional community visits).
First Aid certificate and a solid work-from-home setup (quiet space, reliable internet).
🎓 Bonus If You Have:
A Cert III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services or related field.
💼 What You Get:
Level 3 or 4 SCHADS Award – Community Access Stream (Depending on experience and education)
A supportive, values-driven team
Work from home
The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives - every single day
