We are seeking an Administration Assistant to Join our team with a “ Can Do “ Attitude and a Smile, who is able to work independently as well of part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on growing and developing the business.

Qualification and Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience with MYOB software is preferred
Attention to detail
Professional “Can Do” attitude and a willingness to learn.
Excellent telecommunication skills.
“Team Player”
Tasks & responsibilities
Reception & general office duties
Liaison with customers /suppliers in person/ via telephone and email as required.
Data entry and order collation using MYOB software
Daily notifications of completed orders.
Update customers of job status/completion dates as required.
Purchasing – office and workshop consumables as required
Reception duties and administration email monitoring
Other ad hoc duties
