About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Xero Specialist to manage bookkeeping for a range of small business clients. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring their financial records are accurate, compliant, and up to date, while also assisting with payroll, BAS lodgements, and Xero software support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform full-function bookkeeping for multiple clients

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Process accounts payable and receivable

Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS

Manage payroll and superannuation compliance

Provide client support, training, and troubleshooting in Xero

Collaborate with accountants and clients to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Proven bookkeeping experience (public practice experience highly regarded)

Advanced knowledge of Xero (Xero certification a bonus)

Understanding of GST, payroll, and compliance requirements

High attention to detail and time management skills

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Relevant qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
