We have an incredible opportunity for a Production and Inventory Support Administrator to join our Production Support team, based at our Eagle Farm Head Office in Queensland.
Reporting to the Production Analyst, this role is responsible for the maintenance and operational efficiency of the production data that flows through our internal systems.

About the Role
This opportunity works with our Production Analyst and our Inventory Administration Assistant and is responsible for the below:
Manage the input and flow of data regarding items and costings that relate to our production operations
Work with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements, identify errors and implement effective solutions
Drive process improvements in data handling and management
Identify data discrepancies and proactively apply preventative measures to avoid future inaccuracies
About You
Our ideal candidate will have the below experience/skills:
Experience in data entry and data management across multiple systems - with experience in the food manufacturing desired but not essential
ERP System experience - D365 experience strongly preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word etc.
High attention to detail with demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate as well as work independently - communication skills are a must!
