Who is STAR Community Services?

We are an award-winning not-for-profit organisation providing a range of aged care services including Support at Home, NDIS and disability support services since 1996. STAR supports the elderly and people with disability to live independently, engage with the wider community and achieve their goals. With the generous support of local community volunteers, we offer a wide range aged care and disability support services to ensure that the vulnerable members of our community can access affordable and reliable services such as Support at Home, transport, social activities, companionship and more. We are an advocate of inclusive communities where people of all ages and abilities have equal access to opportunities and facilities. Fighting social isolation is a key area of focus for STAR. We regularly organise programs and events to help reduce the growing problem of social isolation amongst the elderly and people with disabilities. We are currently servicing Redlands, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast & Toowoomba areas.
