About the role

As an Account Manager - Social Media at Social Climber, a leading social media marketing agency based in South Melbourne, you will play a vital role in managing and growing the social media presences of our diverse client portfolio. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with a range of exciting brands, crafting engaging content strategies and driving measurable results across key social platforms.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing tailored social media strategies to meet client objectives

Managing the day-to-day running of client social media accounts, including content planning, creation, and scheduling

Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations

Building strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact

Collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand social content

Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Contributing to the overall growth and success of the Social Climber agency

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging, data-driven social media content

Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and report on campaign performance

Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social

A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative social media solutions

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
