About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the team based in Dandenong South. You will play a key part in supporting our business in a creative way, working with the General Manager on new initiatives and marketing campaigns to help drive the company's growth strategies.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print

Create and maintain engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and marketing collateral

Coordinate and support the organisation of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities

Gather and analyse marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Supporting the General Manager in PA duties and general administration duties

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the manufacturing or B2B industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences

Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and data analytics tools

EDM experience using platforms such as mail chimp and the ability to create engaging customer emails

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the marketing team and the company

Flexibility to travel, working with and supporting key stakeholders in each State
