About the role:
This position will see you take ownership of tendering and estimating for remedial construction projects across Sydney. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and contributing to project acquisition from initial site inspection through to submission.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience pricing remedial construction projects
• Ability to manage full tender processes including site inspections, diagnosis, and EOI submissions
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and remedial works practices
• Confident in preparing detailed cost estimates, with sound knowledge of rates, materials, and subcontractor pricing
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Ideally qualified in Construction Management or Trade background with experience in estimating
