We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised individual to join our dental team in a dual role as a Front Office/Dental Nurse. This hybrid position involves providing excellent patient support, while patient service and efficient front desk support, while also assisting clinicians during dental procedures. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, empathetic, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dental enviroment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs.

answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings and enquiries.

Process payments.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

Coordinate recalls, reminders, and patient follow-up communications.

Dental Assisting Duties

Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during all procedures.

Maintain infection control and sterilisation protocols.

Take digital x-rays, impressions, and assist with intraoral photography as required.

Set-up and pack down surgery before and after procedures

Provide post- operative care instructive care instructions to patients

Monitor and restock clinical supplies.
