Marshall Beattie Automation is an established company specialising in design, installation and servicing of Automatic Gates and Doors. We are located in Belmont.
We are currently seeking two confident and self-motivated people to become part of our administration team - we have 2 x permanent full time positions on immediate offer:
Service Co-ordinator with previous scheduling experience in a trade service environment
Administration Accounts Officer with previous accounts experience using MYOB or similar
In either role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Answering incoming calls and emails and directing them appropriately
Providing the first point of contact for service and account related enquiries
Liaising with technicians and clients to schedule works in a timely manner
Accurately creating jobs and maintaining the service data base
Monitoring technicians to ensure attendance as scheduled
Liaising with subcontractors and sourcing/ordering parts from suppliers
Data entry of service related job activities in line with procedures
Invoicing clients and maintaining effective debt collection
Checking daily timesheets for payroll
Maintaining site Inductions and issuing of licences and clearances
To be successful in either role you MUST possess the following skills:
Prior experience in either of these areas with the expectation to receive training in both
Be confident and able to multi-task and at times work under pressure, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Have great communication skills and a welcoming telephone manner
The ability to deal with people of all levels effectively
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Be a reliable team player who will be able to step in to support each others appointed roles
Have sound computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Some understanding of the electrical industry or a technical aptitude will be highly regarded.
Both positions will be utilising SIMPRO so prior knowledge of this package would be an advantage but training will be provided.
Salary offered will be in line with the experience and skills presented.
We are offering:
Full time position - 5 days a week in the office
Immediate start

Rostered day off every month
