Training Overview:

During your traineeship at Compressor Systems, you will receive comprehensive training in the following areas to develop your skills and knowledge in the air compressor industry:

Routine and Preventative Maintenance: Learn to perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on air compressors and related equipment to ensure efficient operation.

Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Gain hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving issues with industrial rotary screw compressors and compressed air systems.

Job Card Management: Master the use of our iPad software to accurately complete job cards, ensuring proper documentation and workflow management.

Assembly and Testing: Learn to assemble, test, and run new air compressors and related equipment in-house, ensuring they meet operational standards.

Air Pipe Installations: Gain proficiency in performing efficient air pipe installations to support various project requirements.

Compliance Reporting: Understand how to prepare Air Receiver Inspection Reports in accordance with WorkSafe standards, ensuring safety compliance.

Air Quality Tests: Become skilled in conducting Air Quality Tests to ensure the integrity and safety of air systems.

Customer and Staff Communication: Develop effective communication skills by liaising with customers and office staff to provide technical support and address inquiries.

Warehouse and Inventory Management: Assist with warehouse operations and learn inventory management techniques during workshop periods to support business needs.

This training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role and advance in the air compressor industry.

What We're Looking For:

A strong desire to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

Possession of a valid Australian driver's license.

Proven mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with various tools.

Holding a forklift and EWP license is highly advantageous.

Ability to thrive in a small team setting.
