The Opportunity….

This unique role will see you joining our high paced Novated Sales team working out of our Perth CBD office. You will work with our Novated Lease customers, assisting them throughout the end-to-end sales cycle.

You will manage your monthly targets and KPIs, engage with a monthly allocation of warm leads whilst also maintaining your own portfolio and sales pipeline. If you have the right attitude and are trainable we have the tools to help you succeed.

The following will be looked upon favorably:

• Track record of success in a sales driven role (preferably within the finance or automotive industry)
• Car Sales or Car Finance Experience
• Aftermarket Car Sales Experience
• Experience and comfort when working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targets
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks according to strict timelines
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to overcome objections and find solutions
• Tech savvy and proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of products.
