The Opportunity
This isn’t your typical entry-level marketing coordinator gig. At Insulect, we’re looking for someone with experience under their belt — someone who can own the implementation of our marketing and sales support initiatives across digital and offline channels.
You'll be the engine room that turns marketing plans into real-world impact: building campaigns, delivering events, creating content, strengthening our brand, and making sure our CRM (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools hum along at full power.

What You’ll Own and Deliver
Own the Marketing & Campaigns Calendar
You’ll be in charge of translating the high-level marketing strategy and initiatives plan into a detailed, actionable campaigns calendar — and then making it happen. From customer presentations and blog articles, to social posts and email marketing, you'll keep the wheels turning and make sure everything launches on time, every time.
Content Development & Implementation
You’ll create a wide range of content — digital graphics, technical articles (with the help of the in-house experts), social posts, case studies, brochures, banners, event materials — using Canva and other tools as needed. You’ll also be capable at prompting AI tools to help speed up content creation, research topics, and maintain high quality output. You’ll love turning ideas into beautifully branded assets that make an impact.
Sales Enablement
You’ll help power our sales team by discussing customer insights, jointly planning initiatives, managing email campaigns, and making sure our marketing automation runs smoothly. You'll collaborate with sales (including some HubSpot specialists) to improve lead flows, design customer journeys, and ensure HubSpot is used effectively to become a true growth engine for Insulect.
Brand Management
As the brand guardian, you’ll ensure everything that leaves our (physical or digital) doors is polished, on-brand, and aligned with our standards. You’ll own the brand style guide, keep our templates up-to-date, help coach internal stakeholders on brand use, develop new templates and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Event Management
You’ll lead the planning and delivery of our external and internal events — from trade exhibitions and industry conferences to Christmas parties and staff celebrations. You’ll coordinate all stakeholders (venues, suppliers, designers, internal teams) to make every event smooth, professional, and memorable.
Internal Communications (and Admin Support)
You’ll help keep our internal wheels spinning, too — managing the SharePoint intranet, running regular internal updates and newsletters, and assisting with the preparation of key business documents and reports. You'll be a vital connector across teams, helping us all stay informed and aligned.
Who You Are
A mid-level marketer with 5+ years' experience in a digital-first, hands-on marketing role (B2B or industrial sector experience a plus)
Confident in HubSpot (or similar CRM/Marketing Automation platforms)
Skilled in Canva (or other design tools) to produce polished visual content
Comfortable using CMS platforms to update websites and blogs
A natural project manager — organised, self-driven, great at keeping multiple balls in the air
Tech-savvy, curious about new tools (AI, automation, analytics)
A strong communicator with great attention to detail
A proactive team player who’s equally comfortable taking ownership of tasks
Bonus Points if You Also Have
Experienced in technical copywriting such as white papers, technical articles, sales pitches
You’ve run webinars or produced video-based content marketing, basic video editing
Previous event management experience with exhibitions or corporate functions
An eye for continuous improvement — suggesting better tools, processes, and ideas
