The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and mature-minded Legal Secretary to join our busy Litigation Team. This is a key role for someone who wants to be a pivotal and reliable part of a team that handles complex and varied litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to litigation solicitors

Drafting and preparing legal correspondence and court documents

File and diary management, including court dates and deadlines

Liaising with clients, barristers, and court staff in a professional manner

Supporting the litigation team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience as a legal secretary, with specific experience in litigation

A professional and mature approach to your work

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems

A proactive and team-oriented mindset
