The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Legal Secretary to support a busy but approachable Principal and her team. This is a dual PA role where you will help your busy Principal manage her day (including juggling her diary, pre-empting her needs and drawing attention to pressing matters, assisting with BD, co-ordinating client functions, organising travel, preparing powerpoint presentations, liaise with her team of lawyers), as well as assist in a legal secretarial capacity with legal support tasks required as she runs several litigation files for key clients.

You

To be suitable for this position, you will need a minimum of 3 year's Personal Assistant or Legal secretary experience ideally in litigation.

The firm is a well established law firm based in Brisbane with an inclusive working culture. You will enjoy coming to work. Approx 45 staff. Salary to $100K pkge, dependent upon experience.
