Position Title: Part-Time Sales Lead (Flexible, Remote)
Location: Remote (Australia-based)
Hours: 15–20 hours/week (flexible within Melbourne business hours)
Employment Type: PAYG (part-time, embedded role)
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $52,000–$60,000 p.a. (pro-rata, based on 2–3 days/week)
Commission: Performance-based, uncapped
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$140,000 per annum
Inclusions: Weekly mentorship, direct founder access, and structured onboarding
This is not a cold-calling role.
You’ll step into a high-integrity, high-conversion system with:
Warm, qualified inbound leads (up to 100/week) from people actively seeking help
A sales process that prioritises care, clarity, and behavioural insight—not pressure
Access to our proven frameworks, client wins, and a mission that genuinely resonates
Top performers in this role consistently earn $2–$3K per week—and know they’re helping people change their lives while doing it.

Your Role
You’ll be the first point of personal contact for individuals seeking change. You’ll bring compassion, clarity and confidence into conversations that can change lives—while also managing pipeline, process and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification & Follow-Up: Contact and qualify new leads (up to 100/week), identify readiness for change, and build trust fast.
Sales Consultations: Conduct daily Zoom consults to assess fit, close appropriate clients into group programs, and escalate premium candidates.
CRM & Admin Precision: Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and lead notes.
Booking Management: Confirm consult appointments, triage across the team, and ensure strong attendance and preparation.
Reporting & Insight: Track weekly KPIs, report on conversion data and lead insights to the founder team.
Channel Feedback: Collaborate with marketing to improve acquisition quality across chat, organic, paid, and referral sources.
What We’re Looking For
Emotionally Intelligent Communicator: You’re grounded, empathetic, and can hold space for high-pressure, emotionally charged conversations.
Relational Closer: You know how to lead a conversation and close with care—balancing service, insight, and accountability.
Process-Driven Operator: You understand pipeline, love clean CRM notes, and take ownership of follow-through.

Success Metrics
15–30 qualified consults per week
65% close rate into The Circuit Breaker program
Under 60-minute response time to new qualified leads
10+ warm consults booked fortnightly via proactive follow-up
2 premium leads per week escalated for The Delta Path consults
Weekly reporting delivered with clarity, insights, and recommendations
