RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet and greet Clients as our first point of call.

Generate leads.

Consult with Builder.

Communicate with Clients regarding their required product and design briefs.

Consult with land Sales Agents/Developers.

Ability to source land prospects for potential Clients.

Maintain display home presentation.

CANDIDATE:

Previous sales or home construction experience would be of benefit, however not essential.

A strong work ethic with positive attitude.

Outstanding negotiating and communication skills.

Proficient computer skills

Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.

Present a professional persona.

The position is 5 days per week, Saturday – Sunday 11am – 5pm, Mon - Wednesday 12 - 5pm and offers a highly competitive remuneration for the right person.
