Position Overview:

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MSP industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can develop new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, demonstrate our products and solutions, and drive revenue growth.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target market, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT solutions.

Product and Solutions Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth demonstrations of our products and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and how they can address specific business challenges.

Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our services and solutions in a clear and impactful manner.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest IT services and solutions we offer, including managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes that meet client needs.

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including follow-ups and after-sales support.

Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably within an MSP or IT service provider.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of managed IT services, Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, unified communication solutions and digital transformation.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Product Demonstration Skills: Ability to effectively demonstrate IT products and solutions to clients, tailoring the presentation to their specific needs.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Technology Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and an understanding of IT service management tools.

Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B sales.

Experience working with SMEs in various industries.

Knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, and cybersecurity tools.

Knowledge of Microsoft products and solutions.

Understanding of the Australian IT market and trends.
