We’re hiring a Front of House Salon Coordinator to elevate our client experience and support team growth.

At Lemani Hair & Extensions, we’re a high-end salon in Adelaide that specialises in luxury hair extensions and exceptional client experiences. We’re on the hunt for a Front of House Manager who brings warmth, professionalism, and leadership to the salon floor—and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
This isn’t your average reception role. You’ll be the heartbeat of the salon—supporting our team, guiding the client experience, and keeping our systems humming like a dream. You’ll also play a key role in team culture, communication, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Experience
• Be the first friendly face clients see when they walk through the door.
• Manage bookings, appointments, check-ins, and payments with precision and warmth.
• Guide the client journey from start to finish, ensuring every touchpoint feels luxe, smooth, and professional.
• Handle client satisfaction and feedback with empathy and a solutions-first approach.
• Communicate with clients across phone, SMS, email, and social media.
• Confidently manage tech issues and POS systems
Team Coordination
• Support the Salon Manager to keep n the day on track.
• Work closely with the Salon Director to develop and grow the business
• Act as a bridge between management and the team—communicating clearly, calmly, and professionally.
• Assist with onboarding new staff
• Support Sign up of apprentices and communicate with trade schools
• Monitor floor flow and team performance, offering feedback and support when needed.
Admin & Tech
• Run the booking and POS system confidently and efficiently with the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
• Assist with stock control, stock ordering, communicating with reps rostering, and reporting.
• Provide tech support to the team when systems go haywire.
• Keep the front-of-house space polished, professional, and beautiful.
• Support managers with team meetings and 1 on 1's
• Manage and organise emails.
• Upload weekly KPI’s

• Are a natural communicator with a warm, confident presence.
• Your high functioning and can juggle multiple conversations across different platforms without overwhelm.
• You work well under pressure and love the hustle and bustle of a vibrant salon atmosphere.
• Are sales-savvy and able to guide clients towards the best services for their needs.
• Are tech-competent and quick to pick up new systems (especially booking software and POS platforms).
• Have experience in client-facing roles—ideally in hair, beauty, hospitality, or retail.
• Have a discreet, professional, and empathetic approach to customer service and team dynamics.

Pay Rate: $30 - $35 (based on experience) per hour with the opportunity to grow to $40 per hour based on performance and meeting clear, achievable targets. We believe in rewarding initiative, leadership, and outstanding client care—with regular reviews and room to grow as the business grows.
