Key Responsibilities:

Work 1 on 1 with Chebbo in content creation and planning.

Film, edit, and prepare content for posting: typically 3 posts weekly across Instagram/TikTok/YouTube.

Assist in planning and executing content shoots including setting up cameras, microphones, lighting.

Post approved content according to content calendar.

Purchase filming-related ingredients and props using company card.

Scheduling and coordinating shoots, meetings, and events.

Support admin tasks: email management, simple document and spreadsheet updates, and supplier communication.

Occasional availability for events and special shoots (e.g., Sydney Easter Show).

Role Requirements:

Proven experience or demonstrated skill in creating engaging social media content (Instagram/TikTok preferred).

Comfortable using cameras, microphones, lighting equipment (provided).

Strong editing skills using software/apps like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Flexible availability, averaging around 20 hours per week, varying each week based on content needs.

Valid driver's license beneficial but not mandatory.
