Are you an experienced and passionate professional ready to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities? We are currently seeking a dedicated Disability Admin Assistant / Support Worker to join our team in the NDIS sector.

About the Role

This is a unique full-time position that combines both administrative duties and hands-on support work. You will work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and service providers to ensure high-quality care and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Admin Assistant Duties:

Manage participant files, rosters, and NDIS documentation

Liaise with support coordinators, therapists, and other stakeholders

Assist with invoicing, service bookings, and record-keeping

Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and internal processes

Support Worker Duties:

Provide direct personal and community support to NDIS participants

Assist with daily living tasks, mobility, and social inclusion

Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Work collaboratively to implement care plans and achieve goals

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar dual role or in both the NDIS admin and support sectors

Strong knowledge of NDIS systems and processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, and Driver’s Licence

Relevant qualifications in disability support or business administration (desirable)
