We are on the hunt for a creative, confident and camera-happy content whiz to join our team.

With 2 and soon to be 3 hospitality venues all calling Coffs Harbour home, we are looking for a super organised individual to help show off our venues on social media like never before.

From behind-the-scenes in our kitchen to those delightful sunny days on the deck, you’ll be creating the kind of content people want to screenshot, share, and show their friends.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating, shooting and editing short-form video & photo content

Writing captions that sound like a human (not AI)

Scheduling posts and managing social calendars across brands

Managing comments, DMs, tagged content & UGC

Jumping on trends, pitching ideas, and collaborating with our team

Reporting on growth, engagement, and what’s hitting the mark

Supporting the office on all things admin.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in content or social media (hospitality highly desired)

Skilled with short-form editing tools like CapCut, TikTok, InShot or Reels

Confident behind the camera and behind-the-scenes

Strong sense of tone and ability to adapt voice for each different venue/brand

Able to use developing AI tools to speed things up and make life easier

Comfortable with Meta Business Suite and basic social reporting

A folio or examples of Reels, TikToks or campaigns you’ve created

Super organised individual who can also assist with admin.

The Details

This is a part-time role 20 to 24 hours per week, with flexibility across how those hours are structured.

Due to the nature of the work (capturing content in-venue, at events or during service), some weekend or after-hours work may be occassionally required — but we’ll always work with you to make sure it’s manageable and balanced.
