What you’ll bring:

A strong background in bar or floor operations, ideally in wine-led venues

A keen eye for service standards and guest experience

Confidence in stock control, rostering, and front-of-house coordination

Ideally proficient with Microsoft office & Adobe

Proficient with booking platforms
