We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and bring their knowledge and enthusiasm for wine to the team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager with strong leadership qualities and a solid understanding of wine. You will be responsible for managing the bar team, developing seasonal beverage menus, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience. The ability to confidently recommend wines and train staff on wine pairings is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, including staff scheduling and supervision

Maintain and enhance our wine and beverage offerings

Provide wine recommendations and guidance to guests

Train bar staff on service standards and wine knowledge

Monitor inventory and ordering to control costs

Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bar management or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and pairings

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
