About the Role:

At Billie’s, we serve up more than just coffee. From burgers and beers to functions and social vibes, we blend the casual comfort of a café with the buzz of a bar. As Café Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day service, inspire the team, and make sure everything runs smoothly – front to back. Bonus points if you’ve got experience running events or functions, as this part of the venue is growing fast.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily service across coffee, bar, and kitchen

Lead a small, energetic team with a positive, can-do attitude

Manage rostering, stock ordering and venue presentation

Ensure smooth, efficient FOH and bar operations

Support the coordination of functions and events

Collaborate with the kitchen and marketing teams to roll out promos and activations

Set the tone with great energy and a customer-first mindset

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience as a Café Manager or Supervisor
✅ Confident across both café and bar-style service
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Excellent time management and a hands-on attitude
✅ Experience with functions and events is a big bonus
✅ Friendly, energetic personality that fits the Billie’s vibe
