What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong client relationships across your portfolio
Understand client businesses, hiring needs, and culture
Negotiate commercial terms and act as a trusted advisor
Business Development
Drive new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and events
Grow and manage a healthy pipeline of client accounts
Position Uplift as the go-to recruitment partner in your space
Job Briefing & Advisory
Take clear, detailed briefs and scope roles accurately
Provide insights on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Candidate Sourcing
Proactively headhunt across LinkedIn, databases, job boards, and referrals
Craft compelling ads that attract the right talent
Build and nurture a quality-driven talent pool
Screening & Selection
Run interviews to assess skills, fit, and motivation
Manage candidate expectations with honesty and clarity
Provide transparent and timely feedback to both sides
Process Ownership
Own the end-to-end recruitment process - from brief to offer to onboarding
Coordinate interviews, manage timelines, and ensure a seamless experience
Offer Management
Present and negotiate offers with confidence and care
Advise clients on offer strategy and market competitiveness
Aftercare & Retention
Stay connected post-placement to ensure long-term success
Handle any post-hire feedback or issues professionally
Admin & CRM Hygiene
Keep your pipeline and notes up to date in Bullhorn
Track activity and outcomes with precision
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who values relationships over transactions
Confident communicator who can read the room and influence outcomes
Driven, curious, and commercially minded
Previous recruitment experience preferred, but mindset matters most
