As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will take the customer through the diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey while building strong rapport and providing an exceptional customer service. With the opening of our new Sydney showroom, we are now offering a rare and fantastic opportunity for a Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our brand in a role where you will be an integral part of the Kavalri team.
Responsibilities
This exciting role will require you to:
Take the customer through the end-to-end diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey
Provide advice and guidance to help clients discover the perfect bespoke jewellery piece
Deliver an outstanding ring collection experience and offer post-purchase aftercare support, answering any customer queries.
Ensure we maintain our exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales support. This role has exposure to all parts of the customer journey including general enquiries, emailing quotes, order management, post-purchase follow-up and more.

Requirements
Strong work ethic and customer focused approach
Excellent rapport building skills and strong attention to detail
Experience in a retail sales environment and jewellery retail sales experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication
High level of proficiency with technology & systems
This is a full time role (Tuesday - Saturday each week)
Whilst jewellery and diamond experience would be highly regarded this is not essential as we are after a candidate who is the right fit. You will receive initial product and client service training which will involve travel to Melbourne to undertake a dedicated training program in all aspects of the role along with ongoing training and development to ensure your continued success in the role.
