What You’ll Do:

Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing recruitment services and securing new business.

Build and manage a strong network of top-tier candidates in tech, digital, and data.

Develop lasting relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering top talent.

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.

Work in a high-energy, target-driven environment where every call brings new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

6+ months of experience in recruitment.

A background in sales

A confident and persuasive communicator with a natural ability to influence.

A driven, self-motivated attitude with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.

Interest in technology, digital transformation, and data-driven industries.
