About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Consultant to join our national team, playing a key role in ensuring that candidates are sourced, screened, compliant, and ready for work across major client accounts.
In this role, you’ll manage talent pipelines, support resourcing across priority roles, and ensure compliance processes are tightly maintained. Your attention to detail and passion for quality recruitment delivery will help maintain service standards in high-pressure, fast-paced operational environments.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers, and the rest of the recruitment operations teams to ensure candidates are ready for onboarding and shifts, while proactively sourcing and building candidate pools for upcoming workforce needs.

Your Responsibilities
Source and pipeline candidates for active and forecasted vacancies using job boards, ATS, and referrals
Screen applicants, complete VEVO checks, police clearances, and ensure job-fit before onboarding
Manage onboarding steps including contracts, tax and super forms, mandatory training enrolment
Track compliance KPIs such as document expiries, training completion, and medical bookings
Mark candidates as “Ready for Work” in the system and assist with rostering when needed
Track and ensure completion of all required training modules before candidate induction onsite.
Handle staff rosters for large clients, addressing shift changes and ad hoc requests, ensuring seamless workforce management.
Resolve rostering system issues, manually assigning shifts when needed, and responding quickly to last-minute staffing requests.
Standardise and maintain accurate records, email templates, and process documentation across clients and internal teams.
Liaise with Account Managers to understand client requirements and candidate needs

Stay across Fair Work and legislative changes to adjust compliance workflows accordingly
What You’ll Need
2+ years in recruitment, talent coordination or operations in a high-volume environment
Prefer experience within the blue collar sector
Confident with sourcing candidates, screening applications, and managing recruitment pipelines
Familiar with VEVO, police checks, onboarding forms, and WHS documentation
Experienced in rostering and scheduling shifts for staff, managing shift changes and ad hoc requests, ensuring clients have the staff required.
Proficient with ATS platforms and onboarding and compliance systems
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and juggle shifting priorities under pressure
