• Respond to warm leads, generate accurate quotes, and convert them into sales.
• Coordinate with installers for timely and seamless product installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs efficiently and professionally.
• Promote and sell a diverse range of products to meet customer requirements.
• Process customer requests promptly, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain key accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
• Assist with Trade Sales / wholesales as required

About you:
We are seeking a dynamic individual who excels in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. The
ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally, you will have experience within the HVAC industry and a natural ability to sell.
• You have a commercially minded, team-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will have a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyse customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
