Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment consultants are the lifeblood of the BPM business. As a recruitment consultant you will be building and maintaining a network of credible nurses whilst maintaining and improving your knowledge of your vertical and becoming a known presence in the market vs other providers.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for delivering against planned financial goals.
Recruitment Consultant Objectives:
- Recruitment Consultants are required to source and place as many credible doctors as possible as well as maintaining the existing portfolio of doctors
- Recruitment Consultants are also expected to continuously grow their portfolio in line with financial targets as outlined in your PDP
- High phone activity (100 connected and recorded outbound calls per week)
- Correct system usage and logging of all data on Eclipse/the relevant CRM
- Consistently aligning with "GET UP" - Going Above & Beyond, Excellence, Trust, Unity, Professionalism
- To maximise your earning potential
- To ensure the consistent growth of the BPM brand
Job Specifications:
- Proactively sourcing new Candidates (Doctors) for the team using all standard methods (Headhunting, LinkedIn, Referrals, Facebook etc)
- Growing our candidate pool by adding new nurses to the database using the system correctly
- Conduct market mapping activities to identify potential clients and candidates
- Provide regular updates to team on sales Key Performance Areas (KPAs), market insights, and competitor intelligence
- Source and present candidates in accordance with client requirements and ensuring absolute accuracy with all required paperwork
- Responsibility for all travel bookings made by Compliance Consultant
- Foster relationships and promote cross-selling initiatives across the team
- Set a high standard of activity levels and serve as a role model for team members
- Responsible for timesheet submissions, ensuring accuracy and conformance with financial policies, clearly communicating and responding to finance queries in relation to timesheets and chasing legacy invoices when required
- Consistently achieve and exceed company standard metrics (100 candidate calls per week, 5 new CVs generated per week)
- Meet with Compliance Consultant on a weekly basis to discuss future and current bookings
- Ensuring an average of 80% compliance for all placed doctors by working proactively with your compliance consultant
- Monitor travel bookings made by Compliance Consultant and ensure conformance with travel policies outlined by health districts
- Provide expenses emails for any costs incurred
- Use a sensible approach to visa applications by creating an ROI proposal with support from your Divisional Lead
Other Responsibilities:
- Actively manage candidate and client lists, ensuring regular contact with candidates within a 1-month timeframe.
- Promote the company and yourself in regular interactions with candidates and clients over the phone
- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction with BPM services including sending placement feedback forms
- Continuously develop expertise and specialization in your assigned market segment
- Organise and attend candidate events if required
- Attend team and company meetings to contribute insights and updates
- Onboarding of new nurses and ensuring their compliance with state legislation and state required paperwork
- Participate in team and company-wide activities to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed by Senior Recruitment Consultants / Principal Recruitment Consultants / Divisional Leads where required
- Identify potential BPM recruiters to strengthen the team
