Project Manager – Critical Infrastructure

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and developing a skilled team delivering critical infrastructure projects for data centres.

Managing end-to-end project execution—from planning to delivery—ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Overseeing installations, upgrades, and maintenance operations, balancing resource allocation and financial performance.

Running site meetings, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

Partnering with Sales and Operations to support quoting, estimating, and proposal development.

Coaching Technicians and Sub-Contractors to uphold a culture of high performance and continual improvement.

What You’ll Bring

Background in HVAC, data centres, structured cabling, or electrical services.

Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering complex projects to a high standard.

Deep understanding of HSEQ standards and compliance.

Proficiency with project software and MS Office.

Familiarity with estimating, tendering, and core accounting principles.

Exceptional time management, communication, and multitasking abilities.
