The Role
This role will be both challenging and rewarding and will provide a great opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and skills. Developing your leadership abilities within our team and building your reputation within a growing company.
Manage labour, beverage and consumables costs
Stock control, ordering and rostering responsibilities
Train, develop and coach your operations team
P&L accountability
Running events for Showtime Event Group
Ensure that all regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Setting up rooms and pack down of the event spaces.
What it takes to succeed
Experience working in large scale function and events operations.
A strong focus on executing prestige events with skill in precision.
A passion for food, service and spectacular events
A positive attitude
Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene
Good communication skills

Previous experience as Operations Manager or Venue Manager role within a high-end boutique catering and events company or venue will be considered a distinct advantage.

This is a full-time position, working across a 7-day roster including day shifts, evenings and weekends depending on business requirements.
