Good Hustle Group is on the lookout for a Sales & Events Manager — a highly organised, strategic, and energetic leader who can confidently drive sales, oversee seamless event execution, and manage core administrative processes across our dynamic hospitality brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Growth
Proactively engage with potential clients through outreach efforts, including cold calling, to generate new business opportunities.
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Spotting new business opportunities (events, partnerships, promotions – you name it)
Keeping track of sales, targets, and wins with monthly reports
Working with the team on ideas to grow the business
Event Management
Making sure every event runs like clockwork
Communicating with clients and passing all details on to the kitchen and service teams
Checking schedules, creating runsheets, and making sure no detail is missed
Weekly team briefings to prep for upcoming events
Following up after events to get feedback and improve next time around
Admin & Operations
Handling client inquiries and bookings
Coordinating with the Exec Chef and Catering Manager to make sure everything’s on track
Managing invoices, supplier details, and making sure trucks are compliant and road-worthy
Staying on top of food safety and hospitality standards
Customer Experience
Being the go-to person for clients from the first call to post-event follow-up
Making sure every customer feels heard, valued, and taken care of
Customising event experiences to suit different themes, vibes, and preferences
Following up to gather feedback and build strong repeat relationships
Teamwork & Big Ideas
Helping improve systems and streamline the way we work
Sharing fresh ideas for leads, campaigns, and ways to boost sales
Brainstorming ways to grow our catering arm and help grow our All Day Donuts brand
Skills & Experience
Experience in hospitality, catering, or event management
A love of sales and talking to people
Top-notch communication and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Solid admin skills and attention to detail
Proficient admin skills
A “make it happen” attitude
A genuine passion for great service and great food
